At Booster Bites, we aim to deliver your pet’s favourite treats quickly, safely, and affordably across Ireland.

Standard Delivery (Ireland): €5 flat rate on orders under €50

FREE Delivery: On all orders over €50
All orders are shipped from our base in Dungarvan, Co. Waterford.
⏱️ Dispatch & Delivery Times

We ship Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Orders placed before 2:00 PM are typically processed and shipped the same day.

You can expect delivery within 1–2 business days from dispatch via trusted local couriers.
Please note that during peak times (e.g. holidays, sales), dispatch or delivery may take slightly longer.
📍Delivery Area
We currently ship to addresses within the Republic of Ireland only. If you're outside Ireland and interested in our products, please contact us at info@boosterbites.ie and we’ll do our best to assist you.
📮 Delivery Issues or Delays
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking (if provided), or contact us directly. We're here to help and will work with our delivery partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
📦 Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged package or are missing items, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@boosterbites.ie or call us on +353-87-1728144. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
📬 Address Errors
Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. Booster Bites cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
